   Is the MBTi assessment a test?
No, it’s not a test, it’s an assessment that assess your preferences on what energises you, how your process information, how you make decisions and how you orientate yourself to the world.

   How long does the MBTi assessment take?
As it’s not a test, there is no set time to complete the assessment. Generally, it can take from 20 mins to 40 mins to complete.

   Are my results confidential?
Yes, your results are confidential however, it is advised that you share your reported or self-assessed type with others in the workshop so you can get a clear understanding of yourself as well as the other types.
