Emotional intelligence or EQ-i 2.0 identifies the level of a cli­ent’s emotional and social functioning based on his or her responses on their self-awareness, self-expression, interpersonal skills, their ability to manage stress and their decisions making. EQi-2.0 can be improved on and developed over time (unlike IQ which remains fixed).

An EQ-i 2.0 assessment is a valuable development tool for anyone who is invested in professional development. The EQ-i 2.0 self-assessment helps individuals to determine which elements of emotional intelligence they have mastered and which elements they can further develop.

There are various EQ-i 2.0 reports available all of which provide a breakdown of your scores across all 5 composite scales and 15 subscales.
