This course is for new people leaders to hit the ground running and for those leaders who need a refresher course on how to manage performance, motivate their teams, delegate tasks as well as give feedback effectively.

  • Completion of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTi) online prior to the course*
  • Self-assessed MBTi activities
  • MBTi Report
