   I’ve been promoted into a leadership role from a technical role. How will this course help me?
This course will provide you with the key fundamentals of leading people such as how to delegate, how to give feedback and how to motivate your team to mention a few.

   I’ve been leading people for awhile but find the basics of leaders difficult so would like a refresher. Will this course be too basic for me?
On this course, you will refresh some of your existing skills as well as learn new approaches to leading people.
